Responsibilities

Our Staff Accountant will be responsible for:

• Creating and issuing invoices to customers
• Processing credit memos
• Preparing account statements for customers
• Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries
• Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports
• Reconcile bank accounts and bookkeeping ledgers
• Assist in compiling information for year-end tax filings, returns, and payments
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Assist in inventory analysis and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed

Ideal Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of accounting software (Quickbooks, NetSuite a plus)
• Skilled in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field, required
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience required
• Reports directly to the CEO
