Responsibilities
We're looking for a fun, bold, and creative content creator who lives and breathes TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and more!
As a Social Media Marketing Manager you are responsible for developing social media strategies and content across multiple apps and channels (IG, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc).
- Generate video and photo content for social media platforms that matches our brand identity
- Organize and participate in photo/video content shoots
- Assist in creating advertisements for social media platforms
- Curate user-generated content (UGC) from different social media platforms
- Identify emerging market trends and new opportunities to grow community engagement and size
- Optimize marketing efforts through performance data analysis, understanding trends, finding new opportunities, and forecasting future performance
- Establish and update the marketing schedule to ensure quality and meaningful content, and optimize the customers’ experience
- Guide vision, strategy, and execution of cross-channel marketing efforts, including email, social media, advertising, retail, events, influencer, affiliate and more
- Must be up to date on running, apparel, wellness and fitness industry trends; especially with regards to new opportunities, potential partners, tactics, tools, and competitive analyses
Ideal qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience leading marketing strategy and campaign execution
- Extensive knowledge of current social media platforms and trends
- Up to date in emerging tools and markets
- Creative and analytical, attentive to detail. Focused on innovation and growth
- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills
- Passion for running, health and wellness is a must!
