- Our team works regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM.
- Orders placed after 12 PM are usually shipped the next business day.
- Weekend orders: Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday and over the weekend are typically packed and shipped on the following Monday.

Returns + Exchanges
You can click on this link to our returns and exchanges page and follow the cues. You'll need your order number and email used to purchase :)
- We typically have clients pay for shipping back to us, but then we ship the replacement at no cost to you.
- You may purchase a label using our system, or bring the package to the carrier of your choice and purchase a label there.
- Just so you know, we cannot accept items that have been worn or damaged. The item(s) must be unused and still have tags.
- Once your return is received at our offices, each item is thoroughly inspected. This process usually takes about 3-5 business days.
Refunds

- If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Our system issues the refund within 1-2 business days. It may take an additional 10 days to post to your account, depending on your bank.
- If your return does not pass inspection, a member of our team will reach out to you via email and will notify you of the rejection of your refund. We will work with you to find an alternative solution based on our returns policy.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Delivery issues
- Early notifications: Sometimes, shipping companies send send a delivery notification before they make the delivery! This usually resolves itself within a day.
- Delivered to a neighbor: We know this will sound crazy but it's true, when a shipping company delivers to the wrong address, 9/10 times it's to a neighbors’ address. If it's safe to do so, you can check with your next door neighbors and see if they might have received it.

Return Policy
- In the 45 days following your purchase, you can exchange or return your ChicknLegs product for a refund or store credit.
- You can visit our Exchanges + Returns page to log your return. You will need the order number and email address used to complete the order.
- If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, but we may be able to offer you an exchange.
- For exchanges and refunds, the item must be unused and still have its tags. Each item is thoroughly inspected upon arrival at our offices.
- To complete your return, we reserve the right to require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We do not accept any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

How should I wash it?
- Machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low.
- Do not iron.
- If your short shorts are wrinkled and you need them for prom in an hour, use a steamer instead.
